Which download do I need?

Both ports ship one Windows ZIP. Pick your system to see how each one runs there; every button goes straight to the file on GitHub Releases.

This site hosts no files and gives no help getting game files: both ports need your own copy of the PS4 collection.

Check a download’s SHA-256 in your browser

Drop the Uncharted-windows.zip or uncharted-windows.zip you downloaded. Your browser calculates its SHA-256 with WebCrypto and compares it with all 38 files published in the two ports’ GitHub releases. The file never leaves your computer.

The two ports

Two native ports of the same collection

Both appeared within a day of each other in mid-October 2026 (BilalReloaded’s repository on October 14, 2026, SuperMedo’s on October 15, 2026) and both target the PS4 release of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection by Bluepoint Games. They are independent projects, but they credit and reuse each other’s fixes. Downloads on GitHub as of November 8, 2026: SuperMedo 181,040 across 15 releases, BilalReloaded 81,766 across 23 releases.

Quick start

Install in five steps

  1. Download one ZIP from GitHub: Uncharted-windows.zip (v0.8.4) or uncharted-windows.zip (v0.3.14). Check its SHA-256 above.
  2. Extract it to its own folder on an internal drive, not inside the game folder.
  3. Start the launcher: Uncharted Launcher.exe (BilalReloaded) or Uncharted.exe (SuperMedo).
  4. Select your game folder: the folder of your own PS4 copy that holds eboot.bin and sce_sys. Update 1.02 is recommended by both authors.
  5. Pick a game and a preset, press PLAY. The first start of each game compiles shaders: expect a slow first load and some stutter until the cache fills.

Latest changes

What changed this week

  • SuperMedo v0.3.14 (November 7, 2026): the Uncharted 3 sinking-characters fix no longer costs FPS (Cartagena 88 → 96–104 FPS on the author’s PC), the game is built with profile-guided optimization, the London Underground no longer drops from 60 to 10 FPS on 8 GB+ cards, new Low latency mode (NVIDIA Reflex / AMD Anti-Lag 2, off by default), fixes for games not starting after a switch, freezes and an Uncharted 2 checkpoint crash.
  • BilalReloaded v0.8.4 (November 6, 2026): fixes Uncharted 3’s “device lost” in chapter 2 when young Sully appears (GeForce and Intel stopped on out-of-bounds shader reads that a PS4 returns as zero); Uncharted 1 now uses multithreaded rendering (91 → 118–120 FPS where one core was the limit); four more Uncharted 2 shaders made safe.
  • BilalReloaded 0.8.2–0.8.3 (November 5): mouse aims Uncharted 1’s jeep gun, saves can be deleted and show a picture, Uncharted 1 physics correct above 60 FPS, GeForce “device lost” in skinning shaders and the museum crash in Uncharted 3 fixed, GPU breadcrumbs for crash reports.
  • SuperMedo 0.3.13 (November 4): characters sinking, floating or twitching in Uncharted 3; a Quit game button in the in-game menu.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a real Uncharted PC port?

Yes, two community ports run the PS4 version of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection natively on Windows: BilalReloaded’s bc160201983/Uncharted-The-Nathan-Drake-Collection-PC-port (latest v0.8.4, November 6, 2026) and SuperMedo’s Supermedo/uncharted_pc (latest v0.3.14, November 7, 2026). Both are free, open source (GPL v2 or later) and need your own copy of the game. They are separate from Sony’s 2022 Legacy of Thieves Collection for PC, which contains Uncharted 4 and The Lost Legacy, not the first three games.

Is the Uncharted PC port an emulator?

Not in the usual sense. The PS4 and a PC share the x86-64 instruction set, so the games’ own code runs directly on your processor; a runtime supplies the PS4 system libraries and a Vulkan renderer derived from shadPS4 executes the PS4 graphics work. shadPS4, the general PS4 emulator, works on a similar principle for any game; these two ports are built and patched for these three games only (render-resolution patches, game-specific shader and crash fixes, a dedicated launcher).

Do Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 all work?

Yes, in both ports. BilalReloaded’s README lists all three as playable (Drake’s Fortune at 60 FPS, Among Thieves and Drake’s Deception at 1440p and 4K on an RTX 5080), with the Collection menu, switching between games, saves, audio, cutscene movies and controllers working. SuperMedo’s port runs all three from one launcher, and a player reported finishing Uncharted 3 on it (issue #807). Open bugs are listed on the crash page.

Which port should I download?

Try one; both read the same game folder. SuperMedo’s port has more users (2,239 stars, 181,040 downloads), frame generation, a Fixes page and higher render resolutions. BilalReloaded’s port has per-game presets that suit weak PCs and laptops, an integrated-GPU preset, Save video memory for 2–4 GB cards and detailed performance notes in each release. The two authors share fixes. See the comparison.

Does the Uncharted PC port work on Steam Deck or Linux?

Neither port publishes a Linux build. Both are Windows programs that players run through Proton; BilalReloaded’s port added Steam Deck fixes in 0.3.1 (16:10 at 1280x800). A native Linux AppImage exists only as an unmerged pull request. Details on the Steam Deck and Linux page.

Are the downloads safe?

Download only from the two GitHub Releases pages. Check the ZIP’s SHA-256 with the checker on this page. Never run “fix commands” or “universal fix” tools posted in GitHub issues: SuperMedo warns in every release that those are malware, and the issue tracker is being spammed with them.

Do the downloads include the game?

No. Neither port ships game files, and this site does not either. Both need your own copy of the PS4 collection (for example CUSA02344 or CUSA02320) on your PC. This site does not explain how to obtain one.

Why does Uncharted keep crashing on PC?

Most crashes are known and many are fixed in the newest version, so update first. Then check the specific error: “device lost” on GeForce, the Uncharted 3 chapter 8 Citadel crash (a file missing from some copies), or m_gfxEopTick assertions. See crash fixes.
